MILFORD, PIKE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police say 15 residents at a senior living facility were taken to the hospital after an investigation was conducted for alleged neglect.
On February 17, police initiated an investigation at Belle Reve Senior Living Facility located in Milford Borough, Pike County.
The investigation began after an anonymous tip alleging medical neglect of residents.
The facility has 83 residents, and as a result of an on-site assessment, 15 residents were taken to separate hospitals for further medical evaluation, PSP reported.
