State Police are investigating an overnight road rage incident in which a driver reportedly fired shots into the air while passing a tractor trailer on I-84 near Lords Valley.
According to officials, an individual was driving a tractor trailer eastbound on 84, when they say the driver of a Toyota Matrix passed them in the construction zone after exit 30. The driver in the Toyota reportedly fired shots into the air while passing the tractor trailer, also shooting 3 to 4 shots towards the front of the tractor trailer after passing. It was said that the Toyota then exited the highway at the Matamoras Exit, making a right and traveling in an unknown direction. The Toyota Matrix was described as gray, damaged on the passenger side, with a bike rack blocking an unknown registration.
No injuries were reported.
