Two people were reportedly injured in a single vehicle crash in Blooming Grove Township yesterday morning. According to State Police, the driver, a 26-year-old woman from Delaware, and passenger, a 26-year-old man from Philadelphia, were traveling on SR402 near the intersection with Hilltop Lane at around 7:30am, when they failed to negotiate a left curve in the roadway. Officials say the vehicle travelled off the right side of the roadway, struck one tree, continued north, then struck another tree before coming to a final rest. The vehicle, a 2005 Chevy C7, sustained heavy front-end damage and a storage box on the vehicle ruptured, causing some of its cargo to spill onto the ground. Both the driver and passenger suffering left arm injuries. The severity of those injuries was not immediately known.
